NOTICE OF ADOPTION 

Village of Pellston Ordinance #60 – Municipal Water System.  The water sytem ordinance was adopoted on Monday, April 13th. Please click here to view the ordinance.

What This Means for Property Owners:

All property owners within the designated water service area will be required to review and sign a Water Service Agreement to formally opt in for municipal water service.

Signing the agreement will:

Reserve your connection to the system
Confirm your participation in the project
Establish billing and service responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the adopted ordinance

Failure to return a signed agreement by the stated deadline may delay or impact your ability to connect to the system.
