Building Permits, Licensing and Inspections
Building Permits, Licensing and Inspections are the responsibility of the Planning/Zoning Board and the Ordiance Enforcement Officer. Their specfic responsiblities include but are not limited to:
- Enforcing Codes, Ordiances and Regulations
- Reviewing Building Plans
- Issuing Building Permits
- Conducting Building Construction Inspections
- Issuing Certificate of Occupancy Permits
- Working with the Planning/Zoning Board
- Condeming and Overseeing the Removal of Hazardous Buildings
- Enforceing Codes, Ordinances and Reulations regarding debris and abanded property within the Residental, Commercial or Industrial areas of our Community, for the general welfare and health of our community.
