Public Hearing - Ordinance 57 - Swimming Pools

The Village of Pellston will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm, prior to the village council meeting, in the Village Council Chambers, 125 N. Milton, Pellston, MI 49769. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider Ordinance 57 pertaining to regulation of personal swimming pools within the Village limits.
A copy of the proposed ordinance will be available on the Village’s website here, beginning Sunday, January 15, 2023, and by requesting a copy from the Village Clerk at pellstonvillage@gmail.com.
